Nut Roasters

Nut roasters are industrial horizontal-type machines designed for precise drying and roasting of nuts such as peanuts, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, and more. They feature capacities from 50 to 6000 kg/h and a multi-chamber roasting system that preserves the product’s aroma and prevents contact between exhaust gases and food. This extends shelf life and improves quality.

The thermal treatment is performed by circulating hot air in both directions—top-down and reverse—to ensure uniform roasting. They support various energy sources: electricity, natural gas, LPG, propane-butane, and diesel. The roasting belt is made of stainless steel and controlled by a frequency inverter, providing automatic direction and balance control on larger machines.

Additional advantages include a high-efficiency cooling system and an automatic belt self-cleaning mechanism, ensuring hygienic conditions and cleaning without interrupting the process. The roasters can be part of a complete automated line including salting, roasting, cooling, sorting, and packaging.
