Flavoring System

Flavoring systems are a key element in nut and seed processing lines, particularly for value-added products—such as salted, spicy, or flavored nuts. They provide uniform and precise application of liquid and dry flavorings, oils, spices, and aromas onto the product.

Flavoring is performed in specialized drums or tumblers equipped with automatic dosing and spray systems. Some models offer precise control of temperature and rotation speed, allowing adaptation for different product types and recipes. The systems may be standalone or integrated into production lines for salting, roasting, and packaging.

All equipment is made of stainless steel, easy to clean and maintain, with hygienic design compliant with food industry standards. Flavoring systems ensure consistent quality, minimize raw material waste, and allow reproducibility in large batches.
